Problem reporting option: psr.exe

I was recently reminded about Microsoft's Problem Steps Recorder (psr.exe) that's built in to Windows 7/8.1. Here's a description:

I don't know if this tool would be useful to Mario for tracking down certain kinds of problems. It might also be useful for generating tutorials, although I haven't tried it for that (yet).
