Keys to switch to Folder Tree panel

There are key strokes which let us open/close all panels except the panels for selecting Folders/Categories/Timelines/Collections.

If I want to make a script which uses sendkeys to rescan a folder I need to be able to go to the folder tree panel first.
Since I can't I can not simplify the manual folder rescan.

Thus my request: A key stroke/combination which gets me into the folder selection panel.


( Of course a key/key combination to rescan the current folder, which works when in the M&F panel, would be even better
for those of us who use manual indexing)

This feature is no longer needed.
I can rescan a folder via a script by using the AddFolder function.
