Make the status bar of the Viewer configurable

It would be nice to be able to customize the status bar of the Viewer to display information of our choice. I know you can get more information about the currently selected file by hovering the cursor, using the text overlay, etc., but being able to determine what I most want to know, and then see it immediately displayed in the status bar, is quicker and seems more intuitive. I liked being able to do that with the slideshow on IMatch 3, and I miss it, here.
