Allow clicking on a panel name to close an autohide panel

Right now it seems you have to click on a thumbnail or some other part of the UI to close an autohide panel. It would be much more convenient to be able to click the panel name to open the panel, then click it again to close it instead of having to move the cursor to another part of the screen to close it.

This behavior is implemented by the 3rd party user interface toolkit and cannot be changed by me.
If you set the panel to auto-hide it hides as soon as another window or panel gets the focus (click on it or use the keyboard shortcuts).
