Check mark in Category Panel

Mario,
in the Imatch Help "The Categories Panel" at paragraph "Working with the Category Panel" it states "To assign all selected files to a category, just click on the check box in front of the category name to check it."
When this is done I would expect a check mark (tick) in the box rather than a X.
I find the use of an X counter intuitive as an X often has negative connotations.
I would prefer a more positive indicator please i.e. a check mark as this is always a confirmative meaning.
Does anyone else think a tick would be preferred.

This is a windows control. How windows visualizes a checked box is up to Windows and not under my control. Windows puts in an X and that's how it is.
