Rename

Hi
A simple question for which I can't find the answer!
I want to renam all my files of one particular folder.
The new name should look like: Project-####.
The #### is the numbering of the files, starting with 0001 and incrementing with 1.
Simpel!
But I only get the result Project-1 and increments with 1. My aim is to have always 4 digits in the numbering sequence.
What shall I use to force the renumbering to always show 4 digits?

See my attachement, use simply 4 digits, instead only 3 like in my example.
