Now I'm working on the traslation.
Is really forbiddend to translate the file "DO_NOT_TRANSLATE_imatch5_print" ?

Yes. This file is old and was used only during the Beta test of the Design & Print module.
I merged the resources from that file into the standard resource files before shipping the 5.5.
