Directory appearing twice

After a rescan this morning, I have a directory appearing twice. This is driving me nuts (not a long drive in my case :-) - Help appreciated - Bob

Sounds like you have renamed or moved the directory outside of IMatch.
Instead of doing a rescan you should have used the relocate command to tell IMatch where you have moved the folder to.

Use the "Remove from database" command to remove the duplicate link, then relocate the original folder to match the new folder name or location on disk.

I had one of those show up as well yesterday. The original directory and one with the same name but a period at the end of the name added. Changing files affected both folders. I hadn't noticed the duplication before and this may have occurred after I did a Rescan Force Update of a significant section of my folder structure. I have had no reason to fiddle with files or this folder in quite some time.. "Remove from database" was my answer. IM v5.6.22.
