I had to reinstall Windows 10. And so that means my Spell Checker also has to be reinstalled again. So please give give me  the easy way too redo my spell checker?

Did you read the corresponding info in the IMatch help system? It has step-by-step instructions, download links for the spell checker dictionaries etc.
I could only repeat the info here...

Just type spell into the Help System Index to find the corresponding info.

Yes I read it four or five times. The download address didn't always work. And when I did find one I still could not get. Would please link me to file for the spell checker?

These spelling dictionaries are provided by open source institutions and groups, e.g. OpenOffice.

OpenOffice restructures their web site frequently. Please apologize when I not always keep an eye on this and update the links in the IMatch help system. Nothing is older than a link...

When I follow the link in the IMatch help I end up on the OpenOffice extension web site.
There I search for dictionary and find 159 dictionaries to choose from:

The other link in the help, for the Mozilla Language Tools, directly leads to the download page for dictionaries:

I'm not sure how I can further assist you with this. I cannot ship dictionaries with IMatch because a) licensing issues and b) it would double or triple the size of the IMatch download if I would even include just a bare minimum of dictionaries.

Perhaps it would be useful to update the Help to show the links you listed. You're both correct; currently the Help info is out of date, and it's certainly true that there's nothing older than a link...

Too bad there doesn't seem to be a 'future proof' way to point to the dictionaries...

Umm, not exactly. The first link in Help, for 'OpenOffice (v2) dictionaries', gives you a splash page for Spell Checking and Dictionaries with a very prominent "Apache OpenOffice 4.1.2 released" headline. Then you have to click the 'Dictionary Download Page' link, then click 'Download dictionaries from the Extensions site' (the other link 'Dictionaries Sorted by Language' leads one to an outdated and rather confusing set of links) and from the page with various extensions, you have to complete a search for 'dictionary'.

Not quite as clear and simple as clicking the http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/search?query=dictionary link you listed above...

It's true that my spelled-out (sorry for the pun) process above is in fact what you describe in https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?topic=5827.msg40147#msg40147, but for someone not familiar with doing this kind of thing often, it can be a bit confusing.

My assumption was that users are able to follow links.

I link to the official main page for Open Office Spelling and Dictionaries. When Open Office changes the location of their dictionaries, they will update that page.
I avoid deep links as you suggest for obvious reasons. They break often.

The Mozilla Firefox Dictionary Add-ons link in the help points even directly at the download page, because it has proved to be stable for a long time.

The Thunderbird Spell Checker Dictionaries link also points directly at the download page for dictionaries.
