Where can I find the Tooltips? I have tried using the help.

Tooltips should pop up when you mouse-over an object. If this isn't happening, check to make sure tooltips are enabled (see attached screen shots).

IMatch shows tooltips when you hover the mouse over toolbar buttons or over controls in dialog boxes. These are automatic.
Is this what you mean?

The popup tips mentioned by jch2103 are small messages IMatch displays to inform you about something, e.g. a special setting or feature you can use in a context.

The File Window shows File Window Tips when you hover the mouse cursor over the info icon in the top/right corner of the thumbnail.
