[WONTDO] Metadata panel reset on F5 CRTL SHIFT

Attached jpg shows metadata 1/3 down the scroll bar. It moves to top after rescanning using F5 CRTL SHIFT. It would be nice if it retained its original position.

I suspect that this is not possible as all the data from the file is being reread. If this is the case then please reject this.

Shift+Ctrl+F5 is an unconditional reload of metadata. This generates a blizzard of events all over the database, from categories to metadata and keyword panels.
I did not bother to add extra code to handle this extraordinary situation or to keep the panel scroll position stable. Way too much effort, potential unwanted side effects, etc. Not worth it.
