Issue with release notes website

When one clicks on details for a topic related to a fix the URL has a minor issue which leads to a problem
For example
Database Diagnosis required, if one clicks on #6025
This brings topic:
https://photools.com/communityindex.php?topic=6025

it should be:
https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?topic=6025

forward slash (also known as "oblique" - more elegant!) between community and index.
