And BTW, are there a lot of different words in IMatch?

It is completely not important, I wondered in this moment only, can there be in  a program like IMatch a lot of differences between US and EN-English?

I know, that in the accent are a lot of diffencies and of course also some words are in England written different as in USA.
But here in IMatch I thouhgt, it cannot have such a lot of differences, but maybe I am wrong.
