Hierarchy button: Display only current level

When browsing in Media&Folders and Categories I would like an additional selection for the hierarchy button "Display only current level".

Say I have assigned the following categories to 4 Pics and have selected People/Main in the categories view:

• Pic1: People|Main
• Pic2: People|Main|Sub1
• Pic3: People|Main|Sub1|Sub2
• Pic4: People|Main|Sub1|Sub2|Sub3

Then there is no setting, that will only display Pic1 .

The Hierarchy Button currently has the following features:

 
 
 
 
 
 

Hierarchy Mode	Media&Folders	Categories
Hierarchy off	Show only current directory	Show all images in current category and all child categories (displays all pics 1,2,3,4)
Show one level	Show only current directory and one subdirectory level	Show pics assigned to current and one child directory level (displays Pics 1 and 2)
Show two levels	Show only current directory and two subdirectory levels	Show pics assigned to current and two child directory levels (displays pics 1,2 and 3)
Show all levels	Show current directory and all subdirectories	Show pics with all child categories (same as hierarchy off) (displays all pics)

This has been implemented for IMatch 2017.

A new option in the Hierarchy drop-down menu enables you to see only files directly assigned to the selected category. See the release notes of IMatch 2017 for details:
