Recover files from backup

After I do a back up from with in IMatch 5. How can I recover and use them?

You do a backup with what? Windows backup? 3rd party backup? Or do you use IMatch Pack & Go?

If you use IMatch Pack & Go, please see the detailed help for this utility. I cannot explain it better in a post that I have explained it in the help already.
Press <F1> while Pack & Go is open or search the IMatch help for pack to find the help topic.

Is this a theoretical question or do you need to restore? In that case, where did you get stuck? What did you do already?

Note: Pack & Go is primarily a tool to make it easy to transfer IMatch databases and settings between computers.
It is not a backup software or a replacement for a proper backup software and backup procedures.
Backing up only IMatch databases and settings does not help much if you lose your entire hard disk because of a physical problem or virus.
