100% view from Nikon D500 not working

Hi All,

I am  a little bit lost, what to do about my problem: the 100% view in the viewer does not work for D500 .nef but does work for D750 .nef. I am here on windows 8.1 and as recommended somewhere have just installed the latest WIC from Nikon, but no effect within IMatch, although I can now see the image in windows slideshow. Any ideas how I can make it work ?
