Application crash on startup

IMatch 2017.6.2 on Windows 7 crashes ("photools.com IMatch Application has stopped working") shortly after startup, perhaps just before the first thumbnail appears. IMATCH6_CEFLOG.TXT contains

[0604/212412.681:ERROR:child_thread_impl.cc(762)] Request for unknown Channel-associated interface: ui::mojom::GpuMain

The application works fine on a second (smaller) test database.

Please let me know what further I need to provide, and thanks for your help.

Hi, welcome to the community

When IMatch crashes it usually produces a DUMP file and displays a corresponding message.
Did you see that message?

The CEF log is only for the embedded browser in IMatch. The real IMATCH_LOG.TXT in the TEMP folder holds information about errors and problems recorded while IMatch was running. Make a copy of it if IMatch crashes again and attach it in zipped form. This may tell us what the problem is.
