Rearrange User-defined Tabs in the Category Panel

Hi Mario,

as the number of possible user-defined tabs grow in the category panel, I think it would be nice if one can rearrange them by dragging them. Similar to the way you can rearrange the panel tabs.

Current you can change the sequence in the configuration dialog. This can be a bit cumbersome, because you have to cut and paste the definitions to the different 'slots' and select the according category once again.

How often would you use such a functionality? In my experience, once the tabs are set, they don't change that often...

Hi Mario,

I think this depends on the usage scenarios. I use some categories sub-trees only temporarily but then very intense, so I would put them onto a use-defined tab. Afterwards I remove them and rearrange the order. Its not very often, but if the change is rather cheap to implement, then I think it's worth the effort.
