Mario I'm using the 5 Ws and in your Posts: 15933 you showed this example of how to fill in the Configure Category Panel. And John Zeman in his Posts: 903 show a different way.

Are the five Ws in the right place?

All your five W categories are on the top-level of your categories. This is usually the best place.

But these are 'normal' categories. Is this what you want? You can assign your files to these categories and use them in IMatch. But these categories are not mirrored into the keywords in your files.

I do not fully understand what you mean?

How can I change this so that  my files are mirrored into the keywords in your files? And why do this?

You don't need to do anything special in that case.

When you, for example, assign the keyword WHO|thomas to a file, IMatch will automatically create the corresponding category @Keywords|WHO|thomas. Try it out.

Try it out. How can I do this?

If you don't know how to add keywords to a file, please read the IMatch help on keywords first. But I'm sure you have already added keywords to files.
