photools Website Timeouts

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I am having continued timeouts when accessing www.photools.com
Never had this problem before.

Check for update from within IMatch also fails.

Typical, I have had this problem for two days and as soon as I post it starts working... Doh!
I will let you know if it plays up again.

This is a known problem. Apparently the hosting company has massive problems with their TLS Proxies (SSL) and this affects web sites like photools.com which use HTTPS.
The problems started on Saturday and are still not fixed. Tens of thousands of web sites are affected by this.

It works, then it works not again. Their support is incommunicative, at best. Nothing I can do, though.
The last time this happened their network was under massive attacks from the outside....

The problem was solved by the ISP on Monday.
