Collections:Dots not updating

I want to use Dots to extend my classification of images.

I couldn't find a menu option for Dots so I clicked on the the Red Dot on an image in M&F which seemed to activate the dot but Collections:Dots:Red did not update.

What am I missing?

Strange.. works for me.. I select in an image from the Collections->Dots->None... and click it to Blue... then, it immediately removes that image from None and that image shows up under Blue.
