I see possibilities for you here...
you track the lens information and camera sellers know what lenses are used most (in combination is ISO, aperture, time of day and focus point), 
or you track the image color pattern and sell the most favorite color patterns to interior designers
... endless possibilities coming up!  :)

It would not surprise me if the modern "cloud-based" Wi-Fi cameras already report this kind of data home...

You might be right... if kindle ebooks report back to Amazon data like how long the reader spent on every page of every book... frightening
