I must admit (shame on me) that I have been absent from IMatch for several years, during which I have been concentrating during my few free time mainly on developing my photos in Lightroom (without the metadata stuff). Now I am back to speed with archiving and tagging my photos. Apart from few tests with the recent versions of IMatch my last real "production" experience is with IMatch 3.6 ...

And now with IMatch 2017 - I am completely stunned! After having migrated my database from IMatch 3.6, having adapted its setup to the new functionalities and metadata standards, thereby getting rid of my old scripts, and upon tons of metadata cleanup I have to conclude:

During my 40 years of IT experience I have never come across an application with such a huge amount of functionality, highly customizable user interface and comprehensive help like this completely rounded gem of a software! And I have not yet digged into all the available functions ...

I would consider IMatch as a "physical impossibility", as it was written by a single person  !
