Zitat aus der Hilfe:
You can assign a hotkey to your template for the Tools > Metadata Templates menu by using an ampersand '&' character in the template name.
For example, if you name a template "Clear &Flags", the template will be accessible via the hotkey F in the menu. The hotkey will be indicated with an underscore, like this: F

Das Unterstreichen funktioniert (bei mir?) nicht -  Hotkey aber wie beschrieben.

Windows hebt Hotkeys nur hervor, wenn das Menü mit der Tastatur geöffnet wurde, nicht wenn es mit der Maus geöffnet wurde.
