Glitchy "Search file name only" searches

When I perform a search (using the search bar) with the option "search file name only" active, as well as "Advanced Search" active, I'm getting false results.  For example, if I enter this in the search bar:  "quincy AND (s5 OR s05)", I'll get something like this in the result set:  "Quincy, M.E. S02E05.mp4".  Clearly, "s5" or "s05" is not in this file name!  Things return back to normal if I disable the search only in file name option. 
I think this is a bug, but I'm posting here, so that others on the board can test this to confirm that being the case.

I cannot reproduce this with IMatch 2018 (no match) so if this was caused by a glitch, it has been fixed already.

Besides: The search bar has been overhauled and enhanced in many ways for IMatch 2018.
