Release Notes enhanced

While working on the required changes for the upcoming IMatch 2018 release, I've also added some enhancements to the customer portal and the online release notes:

Visiting this page should always be the first step after installing a new IMatch version. Because it lists all changes, new features and bug fixes included in each release.

To make this easier to work with, and because the release notes for IMatch 2018 are quite looong, I have added a filter feature. You can now restrict the release notes to show only bug fixes, changes and new features or a combination of both. You can also hide all content only relevant to app developers.

A couple of loose ends to wrap and still some tests to do...
But things start to look quite well and I'm 95% satisfied.  This will be an awesome new version.

I only take money for existing products. You pay me when IMatch 2018 is out and all be happy
