I just installed IMatch 2018.
With IMatch 2017 I used http://127.0.0.1:50519/imatch/apps/mapapp/index.html# to access the map.
With IMatch 2018 this does not work. I just see a an empty page with some of the map icons on it.
What did I mis? Wrong port? Security?
I did a reboot.

Don't you use the Map Panel?
Does the Map Panel work?

This looks like you are accessing the Map App from your web browser?
Use the "Open in Web Browser" command from the App Manager to open the Map App in your browser.

Try to clear the IMatch browser cache while IMatch is not running.
Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\browser

The Map Panel works fine
Yes I try to access the Map App from my browser, tried Firefox and IE

I don't see the Map App in  the App Manager nor in th App Panel.
IMatch browser cache deleted, but problem persists.

The IMatch News App shows a simular behavior.
It works within IMatch, but not in the external browser.

Not all apps are necessarily designed to run in external web browsers.
Running an app in an external browser is a debug help for developers, northing normal users should do.

The Map App is special and does not show up in the App Manager. It is explicitly designed to run in its own panel, its nor a normal app.

Did you use the developer tools in your browser to check for error messages in the Network tab or the console?

I can run the Map App without problems in the browser (Chrome/FF)

In your URL there is a hash # at the end. Remove that and then retry.

News App also works in the browser.
