We do not need the My-App App - we can generate it anytime

Trying to keep the list off apps small I delete the unneeded my-apps App. This I have to do after every update.
Since My-App is generated by the App Wizard App there should be no need to deliver it separately.

I need this app for various purposes. And its documented. And it helps the install process.
One extra app in the App Manager should not impose a real problem. I doubt many users even notice it.
