Copy Metadata Panel Layout

Is there a simple way to duplicate a Metadata Panel Layout? I help myself in this way:
Export the desired Layout "First Layout" (after removing the unwanted).
Import the Layout with merge functionality. The Layout "First Layout1" is added.
Rename and modify this Layout.

Maybe there is a more simple way
