Imatch Anywhere Home Plus upgrade

I'd love to upgrade to the latest version of Imatch but can't do it yet because the new version of Imatch Anywhere isn't ready yet. Do you have any news on the update, Mario? Or is there any way for me to upgrade Imatch just now?

IMatch Anywhere PLUS and IMatch are separate products and completely separate.
The current version of IMatch Anywhere is version 2017. The plus licenses are also good for IMatch 2017.

I'm working on IMatch Anywhere about 70% of my time and I will ship it as soon as possible. Several new technologies in this product which make it very hard to estimate. I've just lost a week because of a big bug in a 3rd party library used for IMatch Anywhere. Had to wait until the company reproduced the problem, acknowledged that it is indeed a bug in their code and provided a hot fix so I can continue to work on IMA. I expect the hotfix to become available Thursday or Friday.

That'w why I've shifted focus to IMatch 2018 this week.

Any news on the upgrade from iMatch Anywhere Home Plus, Mario? I'd really like to get the new version of iMatch but it's not available until Anywhere is released.

I'm working very hard and every day on getting IMA out. Currently I'm updating the help to explain all the new features included in IMatch Anywhere WebViewer.

@Dasym: Is it possible, that you missed the compatibility update IMatch Anywhere 2017.18.2? The release notes say, that this update makes IMatch Anywhere compatible with the database version of IMatch 2018.

Ah, because I've got Anywhere Home Plus, iMatch is combined with Anywhere so I can't upgrade to iMatch 2018 until Anywhere Plus 2018 is released.

I will be truly happy once the IMatch Anywhere is out and finished. This was a lot of work and it took several weeks longer than I had anticipated.
I don't want to ship an unfinished product which causes problems and grief for users.

There will be some bugs, that's inevitable. So many new features, so much potential for issues. But the core functionality has to be solid and I need that to be able to ship bug fixes quickly.

I've purchased the upgrade to iMatch Anywhere Home Plus. All I can download is the file iMatch anywhere_HOME_2019_1_2_x64.msi. After I run this the WebService Controller says I'm still running version 2017.14. The Customer Portal doesn't offer me an upgrade to iMatch. So basically, at present I am unable to upgrade. What else do I need to do?

Contact me via support email address and send me your license key or purchase number. And the license key or purchase number from were you upgraded from.

IMatch versions are displayed at the bottom of the download page. Did you scroll down?
Did you log in with the email and license key used for purchasing the upgrade?

The process is all new but so far there were many upgrades but no problems. May still be a problem, mind. We'll sort this out.
