Some special requiremet to uninstall IMatch 8 fronm a notebook and after re install it in another notebook?

No special requirement. Just do it.

As per license agreement, the licensed user can use IMatch on as many computers he/she wishes. I think this is fair and I'm not greedy 

You can use the Pack & Go included in IMatch (Database menu) to transfer your IMatch database(s), settings, presets and other IMatch content easily to another computer.
First install IMatch on the new PC and run it once. Then run Pack & Go to restore your database and settings from the old computer.
