New exiftool version found

I'm synchronizing my DB (only the *.imd5 file) between two computers, in order to work on the same DB on two computers. Every time i've synchronized, starting up iMatch it says 'New exiftool version found' and it starts a procedure to integrate it. It doesn't slow down that much, but it's annoying.

Is there some way to skip that?

Sorry, i've should have looked better before posting: different versions of iMatch on both computers...
