Recovering after data HDD crash

My data HDD has been crashed, so I have installed a new one, and copied the pictures there from my archive. The HDD has the some name and letter as the old one, but it IMatch still recognises it as different. I know, that this is a windows "problem".
How can I overcome this, and not to relocate all folders one by one?
