Not finding Dictionary

Hello.  I believe I've done everything correctly but I still get the message at startup of what to do with the dictionary.  I've attached the message, settings and Windows7 directory listing showing the two directory files.

What am I doing wrong?

You have the path in the settings to C:\ProgramData... but you loaded the files into C:\Program Files  - move the files over to the ProgramData folder and things should work wonderfully!
