I could not get this file to open. What am I doing wrong?

What do you mean with "Open".
When you press Ctrl+O, Windows opens the default application for PDF files - which is usually Acrobat Reader.

IMatch seems to be unable to produce a thumbnail for this PDF file. Which is uncommaon, but can can happen.
Which version of IMatch are you using? See Help menu  > About in IMatch for version info.

Tip: Select the file and press Shift+Ctrl+F5. Then select the "force update" option. This should create a preview for the PDF, it it is not encrypted, password-protected or in an uncommon format variant.
