Loading address data for a location not complete

When creating a new location, I come to the window (screenshot attached). When clicking on "Laden", GeoNames gets me some suggestions of an address and I can pick one. What it doesn't load is the correct time zone. Is this just a limitation of GeoNames? Unfortunately, I can't test Google and HERE.

GeoNames.org does not deliver the time zone as far as I can see in the docs.
Neither of the GeoServices does. At least not directly or without additional (paid) function calls.
If you need this data, I recommend you fill it in yourself.
