A persons gender: MALE, FEMALE or OTHER

For a person we can mark the gender as MALE or FEMALE. I think a third option (OTHER?)
should nowadays be provided - since this is now possible on birth certificates.

You can enter any gender you like. And then save it as a preset, the way I did for Male and Female.
