Title: Delete keyword mistake from the Recent history?
Post by: JLGF1 on July 25, 2020, 05:39:41 AM
I accidentally entered three keywords without the semi-colons, so it was taken as one keyword.

I'd like to delete this keyword as it's getting in the way of correctly using the three separate keywords. (ie predictive suggestions)

There is a Delete action in the right-click menu when the keyword is selected, but it's always grayed out.

Is there any way to delete a keyword from the Recent history?

You mean the Recent history panel in the Keyword Panel?
Use this: The Menu (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/#md_keywords_panel.htm?dl=h-5)
Note: This will reset all recent keywords. There is no command to just remove one keyword from the history.

Bummer...I have ~50 that I'm actively using.  I only want to get rid of the one bad one.

Work-around?

~ Copy keywords from Recent to Favorites
~ Delete bad/unwanted keyword(s) from Favorites
~ Clear Recent History
