Title: Keyboard shortcut for App?

I thought it was possible to assign a specific keyboard shortcut to a specific App, but I can't find out how to do it.

I didi read that but I can't see where I could for example assign F3,X to run a specific app ...

Create favorite for app
Right-click favorite
Choose "Keyboard shortcuts..." from the menu
Enter keyboard shortcuts in the dialog.
