Will the upcoming IM2021 be compatible with current IMA or is there an upgrade of IMA required?
IMA must always kept in sync with IMatch (database changes).
Naturally, I will provide a compatible version of IMA when IMatch 2021 comes out.
At some point in the future there will also be a paid upgrade for IMA, if this is what you mean?

My questions was not w/r to a paid upgrade. If a paid upgrade is necessary than I am fine with that.
It was important to get a confirmation that an IMA will be released which is compatible with IM2021. Otherwise I would have to remain with IM2020 that my employees can use IMA till a compatible IMA version will be released.
If you check the Announcement Board (https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?board=5.0) you'll see that I have always released a compatibility update for IMA when required. No worries.
