How to find all the read-only files from within IM?
When I try  to write back the metadata to some files, I find they fail and are read-only when looking in the file explorer properties. Is there a way to find them from within IM?

IMatch shows you which files are read-only: Icons used in the File Window (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/#fw_basics.htm?dl=a_icons)

Tip: Read-only files show the red shield icon in the upper left corner. By clicking on the shield you can set or reset the read-only attribute (for all selected files at once!).

To find all files with the read-only file system attribute, select the Database to bring all files in the scope.
In the Filter Panel, enable the File Properties filter and check Hide read-only files and Invert filter.

If you have not used the Filter Panel before, I recommend reading The Filter Panel (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/#panel_filter.htm)
For this particular case, read File Properties Filter (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/#panel_filter.htm?dl=h-21)
