Title: Action Favorites: Allow turning on a specific filter preset

It would help to be able to turn off filtering and to turn on filtering with a specific filter preset.

Maybe having the option to create a favorite which sets a particular filter preset (or turns off filtering) would
be the best and most versatile way.
