Good Mordning,
how can I change the size of the "Argumente" window of the EXIFTOOL Command Processor to get more space for the results? If I click, hold and move the lower right corner both windows will be scaled proportionally.
I have attached a screengrab which window I mean.
Thanks,
René
No.

I see your point, but I am afraid, this is not possible.
Thanks for your replies.
Just a matter of practically.
The ECP is a rarely used tool.
Making the split ratio 1:3 (I believe) makes things much easier than adding a vertical tracking bar, making all the mouse action and resizing work, the storage and retrieval etc.
This can easily duplicate the amount of code for the UI in such a case.
You can make the ECP really wide. This leaves plenty of room for the results, especially on a 2K or 4K monitor.
If this is not enough, you can Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C the results in Windows Notepad or whatever.
Thank you for your advice. Questions like the one in the introduction are just to make sure I haven't missed anything.
I find the ECP very convenient. At the beginning I was not so convinced, but then I found out that I can search and filter in the results very conveniently. Since then it has become more and more a very important tool for me.
The ECP rarely shows stuff that you don't see in the Metadata Panel in Browser mode. Which also has find functions.
Unless you deal with maker notes or exotic metadata IMatch does not import by default.
And you can, but you do know this for sure, create you own Metadata-panel with your own tabs and variables.
At the beginning I hat some problems to find the correct tags, but once found, it is great, because I can see all important information for me in the Panel.
I personally use the ECP only in rare cases, for example, if I have to check an image from someone else, to be sure, that there are not "hidden" tags, what is not in my main-panel.
And one big advantage of the Metadata-panel is, that I have quite a lot of possibilities to change the look, or filtering or give a some lines a different color, based on "if ... then" and so on.
