This message comes straight from Windows.
While trying to rename a folder, Windows returned the error code.
Hard to tell what the problem is without seeing the IMatch log file (log file (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/#im_logfile.htm)) which may have additional info and you telling us what you did before you tried to rename the folder.
Make sure no other application has files open in that folder. That's the most common cause for this.
Make sure that the folder name you used as the new name is unique.
