I can only find 18.4 release notes, which mention that wrong exif file was released with 18.2....
However cannot locate 18.2 release notes

I can confirm this. Apparently, the release notes for 2021.18.2 (which were visible before) have accidentally disappeared with the fix release 2021.18.4.
