Title: Disappearing GPS when updating it

If I have files that already contain GPS information and I want to update (fix) them with Track Log, using "Apply Track Log Data to Selected Files" (Map panel) does not modify them, but when writing back, the existing information is deleted. Then "Apply Track Log Data to Selected Files" must be used a second time. It is an intended behavior
or did I change some preset somewhere...?

Which version of IMatch are you using?
See Help menu > About IMatch.

I've made a quick check with 3 track logs and image sets provided by users and it works as it should with IMatch 2023.1.14.

I think I can reproduce this behavior.
I'll into it for the upcoming 2023.1.16 release.
