When hitting F4 on people view, person Face Manager opens.
Selecting face and hit F2, next window opens slow.
Typing text on "Who is this" field after four to five characters text input comes slow and searching person as well is unusually slow compared to 2021 version.
Same field, backspace, slow and needs to wait if character or some characters been removed.
Same here, this was way much better on 2021 version.
Download the attached ZIP file and extract it.
Close IMatch.
Replace the file
"person-manager.js"
in this folder
"C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\webroot\imatch\apps\FEATURES\people\src\"
with the attached file.
This should speed up the search in 9,000 persons considerably.

Done. No change in speed able to be recognized.
Press <Ctrl>+<F5> a few times after clicking into the Person Selector.
Or close IMatch and delete the cache folder: "C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\browser"
