Title: Preferences - Indexing Apply button not working.

In Preferences - Indexing (Version 2023.1.16), anything changed in this tab, the Apply button remains grayed out or not working as if no changes were made.

If the Apply button is greyed out, there is nothing to apply in that dialog. The apply button is only enabled in certain setting dialogs, e.g. File Window.
