When playing videos on Quick View (Mp4, Avi and MOV, they all play just for a few seconds and stop no matter what I do.
Any idea about what's going on ?
Hm, something like that was never reported before.
Did this work before? If so, what has changed?
Please switch IMatch to debug logging mode (Help menu > Support) and play a few videos.
Use Help > Support > Copy Logfile to save the log file to a text file, ZIP that file and attach to your reply.
Windows Media Foundation (which is what is used by IMatch to play video files) is sometimes finicky, especially with DRM-protected content. Maybe we can see what the problem is in the log file.
