Title: Where do I find Title and Descpition from 3.6 after converting DB?

Where do I find Title and Descpition in V5 after I have converted DB from 3.6?
I can Find a Title in Metadata panel BUT it's empty
I checked so I relay have it in 3.6!
edit : Title and Description is in properties pane in V3.6

If it was in Properties in 3.6, then it should be in Attributes in 5. The Attributes panel is at the bottom of the screen. You may have to turn it on in the menu (although I think it's on by default) and then click on the tab to display it.

As Ferdinand explained, Properties have been replaced by Attributes. See the corresponding help topic for all information.

I suggest you at least read the IMatch 3 to IMatch 5 Migration Guide directly accessible via the start page of the IMatch help. It answers this and other issues frequently encountered when users start with IMatch 5.
